Based on Law 7850, dated 29.07.1994 “Civil Code of the Republic of Albania” as amended, Law 9734, dated 14.05.2007 “On Tourism” as amended, and other applicable legislation.
1.1 Voyyo Tours Albania sh.p.k. operates as a tour operator with qualified staff.
1.2 The tour operator cooperates with a network of structures and services for extra activities in Albania and abroad.
1.3 The Tour Operator provides online services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office hours are Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
Definitions
2.1 TOUR OPERATOR: A registered legal entity that organizes, arranges, and enables tourist trips inside and outside Albania in exchange for a fee.
2.2 Reservation or booking: The act of ordering or purchasing a product such as a trip, accommodation, or tourist package. This is done by the tour operator at the client’s request.
2.3 Reservations or bookings are made through the online page www.voyyotoursalbania.com, through contact with one of the tour operator’s offices, or through contact with one of the tour operator’s staff members.
2.4 Confirmation: The final agreement through which the client settles obligations to the tour operator, and the tour operator formally secures the client’s reservation or booking.
2.5 Hotel/Guesthouse: A property or group of related properties, independent from any other building, with no fewer than 6 rooms, within a single piece of land, in which accommodation, supplementary services, and goods are provided to the public by qualified staff.
2.6 Refund: The sum of money the tour operator is obliged to return to the client in case of non-fulfillment of the agreement by the tour operator without reasonable cause, or if reasons specified in this document exist.
2.7 Tourist Package: A prepared combination of services, sold or offered for sale, that covers a period longer than 24 hours or includes at least one overnight stay. The tourist package includes two or more components such as:
a) Transport
b) Accommodation
c) Other tourist services, independent of transport and accommodation, which constitute a significant part of the package and are included in the prepared combination and invoiced together or separately.

Obligations of the Tour Operator
3.1 The tour operator’s staff is obliged to explain all offers in which the client has expressed interest. During office hours and as defined in this agreement, the staff must respond to all client questions and requests.
3.2 The staff is obliged to explain the procedure to be followed for the tour to take place, according to the client’s request.
3.3 The staff is obliged to respond in the best possible way to the client’s needs regarding tour reservations, etc. If the client has chosen one of the prepared packages, the staff is only responsible for the hotel and transport included in that package.
3.4 If requested within the limits defined in this agreement, the staff is obliged to enable a change in accommodation per the client’s request. If such a change involves a financial cost, the cost will be borne by the client.

3.6 The tour operator declares it is responsible for any offer made public on the official website www.voyyotoursalbania.com, in brochures and catalogs produced by the tour operator, and for any offer advertised by its staff.
3.7 The tour operator is not responsible for the condition of hotel rooms if they are not as shown on the hotel’s official website, nor for the actions or behavior of the hotel staff at the chosen destination.
3.8 The tour operator is not responsible for tour cancellation in cases of force majeure, natural causes, protests, or declaration of war at the client’s chosen destination, nor for any accidents resulting from these causes. Solutions will be reached by agreement between the operator and the client.
3.9 The tour operator is not responsible for damage or loss of luggage or personal belongings in airplanes, airports, ports, ships, or hotels.
3.10 The tour operator is responsible for damage or loss of luggage or personal belongings in the transport vehicles provided by the operator for client transfers to/from airports, ports, or city tours.
Rights of the Tour Operator
4.1 The operator reserves the right to request any necessary document for the realization and booking of the tour.
4.2 The operator reserves the right to collect, as defined in this agreement, any payment owed by the client.
4.3 The operator reserves the right to cancel a booking if the client does not settle all payments as defined in this agreement.
4.4 In case of cancellation, the operator reserves the right to withhold from the client’s payment any expenses and commissions incurred before cancellation.
Client’s Obligations and Responsibilities
5.1 The client is obliged to settle all payments according to this agreement.
5.2 The client must be present at departure at the time and date set by the operator.
5.3 The client must provide the exact number of participants if responsible for a group.
5.4 The client must declare if minors will participate in the tour. Minors traveling with other persons must present authorization from both parents.
5.5 Client’s Conduct & Responsibilities
5.5.1 The client is responsible for their conduct during the entire trip and must show respect toward the staff, other participants, and third parties providing services (accommodation, transport, restaurants).
5.5.2 The client must comply with local laws and regulations during the tour.
5.5.3 Any inappropriate behavior endangering safety, comfort, or the experience of other participants gives the operator the right to terminate the client’s participation in the tour without refund.
5.5.4 Any intentional or negligent damage to the property of the operator or third parties (e.g., vehicles, equipment, accommodation facilities) will be financially charged to the client as a penalty to cover damages.
Client’s Rights
6.1 The client has the right to benefit from the offers made by the operator, as communicated by the staff.
6.2 The client has the right to request all information about the tour. This must be done during the operator’s office hours and according to the terms of this agreement.
6.3 The client has the right to request a refund in case of tour cancellation, change of hotel or transport, or non-fulfillment of the agreement by the operator without reasonable cause, or if reasons stated in this document exist.
Deadlines
7.1 Final deadline for reservation or booking/confirmation
7.1.1 The deadline for making a reservation or booking is at least 14 days before the scheduled tour date. The operator is not responsible if, even within this timeframe, there are no available places in hotels or means of transport.
7.1.2 The deadline for confirmation is at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date.
7.2 Final deadline for cancellation
7.2.1 If the client cancels 30 days or more before the tour, the client is refunded 80% of the amount paid. The operator reserves the right to withhold expenses and commissions incurred before cancellation. Expenses include bank fees when payment is made by credit/debit card.
7.2.2 If the client cancels 15–30 days before the tour, the client is refunded 50% of the amount paid. Expenses include bank fees when payment is made by credit/debit card.
7.2.4 If the client cancels less than 7 days before the tour, after confirmation, no refund is granted.
7.2.5 If the client is absent or leaves the tour before the scheduled date, no refund is granted.
7.3 Cancellation procedures
For a cancellation to be valid, the client must fill out a required form available at the operator’s offices or sent online by staff. In this case, the client must call the operator to confirm the cancellation.
Price and Payment
8.1 Price determination: The price published on www.voyyotoursalbania.com or given by staff is the final price of the offer or package.
8.2 Operator’s responsibility in case of price changes:
8.2.1 The operator is not responsible for price changes made by the hotel, in case of increased taxes payable at the destination, or other obligations set by Albanian or local authorities.
8.2.2 The operator is not responsible for price changes in high tourism seasons at the client’s chosen destination.
8.2.3 Child rates vary by hotel policy. The operator is not responsible for these rates or their changes.
8.3 The full payment must be settled at confirmation. By agreement with the operator, payment may be split: 50% at reservation, 50% 7 days before departure. In case of payment delay, the operator reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In some periods during the year, the operator reserves the right to change the 14-day deadline.
8.4 Refunds in case of package change.
8.5 Bank fee: When payment is made by credit card, the fee is covered by the operator.
8.6 Bank fee: When payment is made by card at the operator’s office, no fee applies.
8.7 Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, and Maestro using our POS if the client is present at the office.
8.8 Payment may be made by bank transfer. The operator’s bank details can be found here. In this case, the client must send a fax or email with a copy of the receipt.
8.9 After full payment and bank confirmation, the client receives an email serving as the official reservation document. The email includes main booking details (client’s name, price, included services, invoice).
Jurisdiction
9.1 For any dispute, the laws of the Republic of Albania apply.
9.2 Any legal matter is resolved in Albanian courts.
Amendments to the Terms
10.1 Voyyo Tours Albania reserves the right to amend these terms.
10.2 The updated version will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.
